ABOUT

My love for crafting started when I was young, when I was taught crafts such as cross stitching and knitting by my nana and grandma. This continued into my passion for creating and making which led me to studying BA (Hons) Fashion Design at The University of Salford. 

My journey into Jessica Nicole Smith began in 2017, when I submitted my dissertation exploring themes of female sexuality through traditionally "feminine" crafts. My interest in sexuality, sensuality and my fascination with the glitz and glamour of 90s & 00s Hollywood, Las Vegas and Playboy Magazine heavily inspires the subject of my craft.
